Key Dates

• Friday, February 6 – Last day of fall term, Upper School clubs
• Monday, February 2, at 5:00 PM – Spring term registration opens
• Friday, February 6 – Spring term registration closes
• February 9–13 – No activities (one-week break) Dwight Club Teams: Please check in with your advisor (Mock Trial, Debate, Model UN)

• Wednesday, February 18 – Spring term activities begin
• Friday, April 24 – Last day of activities for Grade 12
• Friday, May 29 – Spring after-school activities end for Grades 9–11

Registration will take place on Jumbula. All students must register again for spring term clubs, with the exception of certain competitive school teams. Students who do not register on Jumbula will be removed from their club.

Please keep the following in mind:

• Spring season athletes should register only for lunch clubs, as after-school schedules align with athletic team commitments
• Students are allowed up to three excused absences only (testing, college visits, or medical reasons)
• Clubs require a minimum of eight students to run (this does not apply to affinity groups). Questions about affinity groups should be directed to Ms. Cato.
