The Fishing Club provides students with the opportunity to learn about fishing, develop practical skills, and enjoy the outdoors. The club is open to all students interested in learning about safe and responsible fishing practices. Club activities include: Skill Development: Teach members how to safely rig and set up lines for different species of fish Regulations & Best Practices: Educate members on fishing laws and ethical practices to ensure all catches are legal and sustainable Hands-On Fishing Trips: Organize outings to fish in Central Park and apply skills in a real-world setting Meetings & Workshops: Host general meetings to plan trips and provide line-rigging classes The Fishing Club aims to foster a community of students who share a love for fishing, nature, and outdoor recreation while promoting responsible and safe practices.
