The Boxing & Kickboxing Club provides students with an opportunity to build strength, endurance, and overall health while developing confidence and resilience. Members will learn the fundamentals of proper stance, punches, kicks, combinations, and footwork in a supportive and safe environment. The club is open to all skill levels — from complete beginners to experienced athletes — and emphasizes inclusivity, teamwork, and personal growth. Students will practice both physical and mental skills, including: Fitness Training: Cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises to improve endurance and power Skill Development: Stance, strikes, combinations, and defensive techniques Mindset & Discipline: Goal setting, focus drills, reflection activities, and a “Word of the Month” (e.g., teamwork, perseverance, respect) Balance & Recovery: Breathing techniques, stretching, and cool-down practices Through consistent training, members will not only improve their fitness and self-defense skills but also demonstrate perseverance, celebrate progress, and contribute to the club’s strong sense of community.
